The operating surface

The clubhouse connects every reason to return.

The product hypothesis was that collecting becomes more meaningful when every card can influence a visible squad, a competitive decision, and the next reason to return around real football fixtures.

The playable system

Four surfaces. One connected football loop.

Each surface has a different job: create possibility, organize ownership, support a tactical choice, then expose that choice to competition.

Turn progression into possibility

Packs, rarity tiers, transparent odds, and Dust create a clear acquisition moment without introducing real-money mechanics.

Product infrastructure

The economy has to remain trustworthy when the interface is gone.

The live product spans acquisition, ownership, squad construction, competition, rewards, trading, and crafting. Those surfaces share one economy, so card ownership, prices, rewards, and match settlement must remain consistent beyond any single screen.

What is already real
  • Released the complete recruit-collect-build-compete loop as a usable web product.
  • Connected six competitive formats to a shared squad, progression, reward, and activity model.
  • Made a large player catalogue usable through search, position filters, rarity, ratings, and card details.
  • Established server-authoritative ownership and settlement, staged migrations, E2E journeys, and consent-aware analytics.
What the next release must learn

Identify which acquisition, squad, and competition moments create repeat play.

Tune economy pacing from observed behavior instead of internal preference.

Reduce first-session complexity while preserving the depth visible to returning players.

A playable system reveals the real product questions: whether value is understood, whether the economy feels fair, and whether one completed match creates intent for another.
