Dániel Pintér
Product Owner / Manager · Product Builder

I lead cross-functional frontend and backend teams through complex product change—from enterprise architecture and API portfolios to customer-facing experiences.
A/Profile
For more than nine years, I have worked where business ambition, user workflows, and technical reality meet. I turn competing needs into clear priorities, defined scope, visible risks, and decisions teams can act on.
B/Product practice
My job is not to keep a backlog busy. It is to improve the quality of the next decision and help teams deliver it responsibly.
Use product analytics, research, and stakeholder context to define the problem and make its risks visible.
Turn the chosen problem into a clear boundary across journeys, capabilities, teams, dependencies, and delivery risk.
Make delivery, operations, and feedback visible so teams can release useful slices and adjust from evidence.
Tools I use to frame, communicate, build, and verify product work.
C/Selected work
Where implementation partners, interfaces, or internal business details are confidential, the case studies focus on my accountability, the product decisions, and the verifiable outcomes.
Defined the authorization foundation for consolidating more than 50 internal systems into one end-to-end platform with three modules.
Owned the Customer Data Platform foundation and its capability APIs, separating customer-facing journeys from legacy backends while making profile data materially faster to retrieve.
I led the first casino-site migration and now own and refine FABRIC as a central frontend framework, including its shared design system and reusable Stencil web components.
D/Experience
From application support and business analysis to enterprise Product Owner roles, each step has widened the same perspective: products work when the whole system works.
Owned SEO and FABRIC (the internal FE framework), alongside Angular, the central design system, consent management, frontend logging, and CMS direction.
Owned the full Customer Data Platform capability and its API portfolio while leading two multicultural Scrum teams.
Planned and integrated B2B business and presales requirements across Salesforce, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
Supported internal business applications through configuration, interface customization, first-line support, and continuity activities.
E/Personal product lab
I use independent products to test assumptions end to end—from rules and architecture to the moment a real user can actually interact with the idea.
A released football product that connects card acquisition, collection management, squad construction, competitive modes, objectives, and progression in one operating loop.
LearningA playable system reveals the real product questions: whether value is understood, whether the economy feels fair, and whether one completed match creates intent for another.
A live bilingual multiplayer game that combines trivia with territory control, estimation, voting, conquest, and social tension.
LearningA public launch turned assumptions into specific decisions: fix the first-capture failure, tune bot behaviour, and test progression, content variety, and larger formats as reasons to return.
F/Product manifesto
Why I build
Technical excellence cannot rescue a product that ignores the workflow it enters. The most expensive product mistake is not imperfect execution; it is confidently solving a problem that does not matter.
AI compresses the cost of learning—from assumption to prototype to user feedback. I use that speed to validate the problem before scaling the solution.
A widely discussed SaaS post described a technically polished healthcare app that consumed $300k and 18 months, yet failed to fit doctors’ workflows. The lesson is simple: validation must happen before commitment becomes expensive. This is my manifesto.
That belief is why I build my own products. A working prototype creates sharper conversations, observable behavior, and better questions than a presentation alone.
G/Product approach
H/About
I work as both a Product Owner and business analyst, taking complex work from the initial brief and discovery through delivery, release, and operation.
My current scope includes end-to-end SEO ownership, refinement of FABRIC (the company's internal FE framework), work with Angular, and full management of the central design system that underpins our shared web components.
I also own cookie consent management and supplier evaluation, frontend logging, and internal product documentation. I use AI to build focused internal tools and automate repetitive workflows, while making technical trade-offs clear enough for stakeholders to decide.
My experience spans telecommunications and iGaming, with additional exposure to banking. I enjoy learning unfamiliar domains and have worked across CRM, frontend and backend delivery, testing, service catalogues, and third-party evaluation.
Outside my professional role, I build products to test my own hypotheses in real environments. Team Next-Level and Quiz Empire are both live. I build them to make my product-validation process more effective.
Independent collaboration across discovery, business analysis, supplier evaluation, delivery, and operational handover.
